These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website lottery-checker.co.uk (the “Service”), operated under the name “Lottery-Checker” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. What the Service does (and does not) do

1.1 Independent planning tool

The Service is an independent information and planning tool that helps you organise and track lottery number selections for games such as EuroMillions, Set For Life, Lotto and Thunderball.

1.2 No gambling facilities

We do not:

• sell lottery tickets or accept stakes;
• pool or hold funds on your behalf;
• enter numbers into any draw for you;
• pay out prizes or winnings.

Marking or saving a combination in the Service does not purchase a ticket and does not enter you into any lottery draw. You must use official channels (for example, the official National Lottery retailer or website) to buy tickets and check the official rules.

2. Non-affiliation and trademarks

We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or authorised by The National Lottery, Allwyn, or any other lottery operator. Names of games such as “EuroMillions”, “Set For Life”, “Lotto” and “Thunderball” are used only to identify the games that our planning tool supports. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility and responsible play

The Service is intended for users aged 18+ only. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to participate in the relevant lotteries in your jurisdiction.

4. Your use of the Service

The Service may show derived information (for example, views of your combinations or draw timings). This information is provided on an unofficial basis. In case of any discrepancy, the official results and rules from the lottery operator always prevail.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, though we aim to fix issues when we become aware of them.

7.3 Limitation of liability

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new features or to reflect changes in law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were most recently revised.

If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
