Combination formula

Total full combinations
139,838,160

EuroMillions top-prize chance by unique lines
The table assumes every line is different in the same draw. Repeating a line does not cover another possible combination.
| Lines covered | Approximate chance | Equivalent odds |
|---|---|---|
| 1 unique line | 0.000000715% | 1 in 139,838,160 |
| 7 unique lines | 0.000005006% | 1 in 19,976,880 |
| 14 unique lines | 0.000010012% | 1 in 9,988,440 |
| 21 unique lines | 0.000015017% | 1 in 6,658,960 |
How the calculation works
For one unique line, the chance is:
1 ÷ 139,838,160 × 100
For several unique lines, the chance is:
number of unique lines ÷ 139,838,160 × 100
Example: with 7 unique EuroMillions lines, the top-prize chance is 7 ÷ 139,838,160 × 100 = 0.000005006%.
Calculate your chance by number of unique lines
Enter any number of unique 5-number + 2 Lucky Star lines from 1 to 139,838,160 to calculate the approximate top-prize chance.
This calculator assumes every line is unique. Repeated lines do not cover another possible combination. It shows the chance of matching the full top-prize combination only, not the chance of winning any smaller prize.
Why unique EuroMillions lines matter
If 7 people in a group each plan one EuroMillions line, the useful coverage is 7 only if all 7 lines are different. If two members choose the same line, the group has fewer unique combinations than planned entries.
Lottery-Checker cannot improve the official odds of any individual line. The practical benefit is organisation: if a line is already marked as used here, another player can choose a different line and cover a different combination instead of repeating the same one.

FAQ
Are these the chances of winning any prize?
No. They show the chance of matching the full top-prize combination only. Smaller prize tiers have different odds.
Does avoiding duplicate lines improve my odds?
It does not improve the odds of one individual line. It can help a group avoid repeating the same planned combination and cover more unique combinations.
Does marking a line buy a ticket?
No. Marking a line on Lottery-Checker is only a planning action. It does not buy a ticket or enter anyone into a draw.
